According to media reports, time ecology established the time Ecological Community Council (Preparatory) on January 15, 2020 as follows:

In view of the consensus resolution of the first time ecological consensus conference and time ecological consensus, this organization is hereby established:

1. The organization is co sponsored by time foundation, its strategic partners and time community;

2. The time community rotating Council (Preparatory) is a transitional institution before the time ecological community is not perfect, which is led by the consensus representative conference;

3. The time community rotation Council (Preparatory) aims to improve the community governance structure and the implementation of ecological consensus, and its members are pre elected by all consensus representatives' Congress;

4. The time community rotation Council (Preparatory) and relevant Governance Guidelines shall be finally elected and confirmed by the consensus representatives' Congress after the release of time ecological app.
