TIME community's first consensus meeting

According to media reports, time ecological community, the first consensus representative conference was held on December 15, 2019 in the first time & home of time Ecology (Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China). Under the supervision and witness of consensus representatives, the conference reached a series of consensus, and issued the time ecological community convention. The main contents of the consensus Convention are as follows:

>>All partners agree that: the Time+ rotation Council elected by all members shall be the executive body authorized by the community to exercise the power of supervision and decision-making;

>>All partners agree that: the term of office of the rotating Council shall be half a year, and it shall be re elected after expiration;

>>All partners agree that: the rotating Council shall be composed of executive body (maximum 10 members) + honorary body + supervisory body;

  Executive body: composed of 1 Director + 9 executive directors (up to 9, can be vacant);

  Honorary Institution: composed of retired managers and other members who contribute to the community;

  Supervision organization: it is composed of other third-party communities or organizations that are anonymous or not;

>>Community ticket Rights: take the community p value (POW contribution value) as the subject (where the p value factor of timef parent pass will be 1-10 times of the time of sub pass: initial 10 times, which will be reduced according to the same proportion of released sub pass);

>>Consensus resolution: consensus resolution refers to an effective resolution made by all communities and their consensus elected rotating Council, which all partners shall be deemed to have legal effect and comply with unconditionally.

>>Effective resolution: refers to the consensus resolution with the voting right greater than or equal to 51% of the total voting right of the community when voting.

>>All partners agree that the time + operation center authorized and supervised by the community council has all the operation and management rights and interests of the project, and authorizes it to operate fully within the framework of community resolutions.

>>All partners agree that: the community council has the right to, on the basis of consensus resolution, impose all penalties (the upper limit of which is the loss amount determined by law) on the partners who violate the agreement and damage the interests of the community, such as reducing dividends, reducing shares, recovering losses and even removing their names, and obey unconditionally.
