However, despite the complications that followed, Finney remained optimistic about his future until his death in 2014. In a 2014 article in Wired magazine, Finney's wife, Fran, said the two decided to freeze their bodies as early as the mid-1990s, and that Finney's remains are now stored in a human body freezer in Arizona. He will stay there until the technology to repair the disease and aging is created.

At present, no one has been revived after being cryopreserved, but Finney's optimism and great contribution to the cryptocurrency industry should be enough to make him immortal in the hearts of consensus holders!
