NOTE3：Based on time innovation Igo, as time ecological smart contract certificate,

       Each time will be guaranteed by the equivalent consensus assets injected into the ecological node;

       Each circulating time can be exchanged for the corresponding consensus asset at "time & home" of the ecological 

       community at any time;

       Moreover, the consensus assets will maintain and increase under the supervision and operation of the community, 

       and ecological profits will be injected into the ecological feedback pool under the publicity of the community, and 

       each time can get feedback;

       The value formula of time token Igo is: P1 = Original consensus asset injection + ecological feedback to be allocated
